Why Waypoint?

Change is constant.

Its impact doesn't have to be left to chance.

Organizations rarely struggle with change simply because change is difficult. Progress stalls when direction is unclear, leaders aren't aligned, people aren't engaged, or execution doesn't match intent.

Waypoint Partners helps leaders navigate those moments. We bring clarity to complexity, create alignment around what matters, and help organizations translate intention into meaningful progress.

What We Believe

Progress starts with alignment.

Sustainable change requires more than a plan. It requires clarity about where an organization is going, alignment among the people responsible for getting there, and the leadership needed to turn direction into action.

We believe the most effective solutions aren't imposed on organizations. They're built with the people who understand them best.

That's why our approach is collaborative by design. We work alongside leaders and teams to understand the environment, challenge assumptions, create shared direction, and build solutions that work in practice.

Creating Alignment. Delivering Progress.

Meet the Founder

Experience behind the direction.

Waypoint Partners was founded by Doug Taylor, an organizational development and change leader with more than 16 years of experience helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity, transformation, and growth.

Doug's career spans military service, federal consulting, organizational transformation, learning and development, leadership development, and strategic advisory work. He has led multidisciplinary teams, advised senior leaders, developed enterprise-wide initiatives, and helped organizations translate strategy into action.

He founded Waypoint Partners around a simple belief: organizations make better progress when people understand where they're going, why it matters, and how they contribute to getting there.

Wherever you’re starting,
we’ll meet you there.

Every organization is different. So is every challenge.
Tell us what you're working through, and we'll start there.
